Printmaker and illustrator Carrie Dennison works from her studio in Derwentside. Her lino cuts are of the local countryside and landmarks. Her illustrations are all hand drawn and then digitally coloured to create bright and bold pieces featuring Celtic knotwork, sacred geometry and spiritual themes.
Carrie teaches workshops on printmaking, stick weaving, Celtic knotwork drawing and general arts & crafts, and is happy to travel throughout the north east to conduct a workshop. Just contact her for details.
Carrie has also recently published a book, 'Graphiti - Creative Moments for You', along with creative writer Rachel Cochrane.
