A Northumberland-based landscape, wildlife, illustrated map and pet portrait artist, I work predominantly in acrylic but also in watercolour, pencil and ink. Commissions welcomed.
A proud adopted Northumbrian I'm endlessly inspired by what I see around me - huge skies, wide open landscapes, castles and beaches but also tiny details in nature, wildlife and, cheesy as it sounds, light!
My art is representational - I'm proud to make things look like they do in life - but I'm not shy with colour!
A self-confessed map geek I also make local illustrated maps (3 to date) and take commissions for "vision maps" from organisations wishing to tell their story in an imaginative, visual way. I also welcome commissions for book illustrations, pet portraits and landscapes.
